We will be remembering Sam in a service at the South Chapel at the City of London Cemetery, E12 5DQ on Thursday 20th April. Please arrive by 2.30pm for a prompt 2.45pm start. The service will last for one hour. We kindly ask that you do not bring flowers to the service - we would instead ask that you make a donation in his memory to either Oxfam or Save the Children, both of which were charities that he supported for many years. Please feel free to wear what you would like, as Sam was a vibrant and unique man and he wouldn't want people to feel constrained by the usual norms!
